Toshiba has announced a new tablet Toshiba AT330 with Google’s mobile OS, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich at the Toshiba World 2012 event in Germany.

The device has faster 1.4 Ghz NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, 13.3inch multi-touch screen with 1920 x 1200px resolution, 32GB built-in memory that can be expandable up to 32GB with SD card, 5 Megapixel rear camera, the secondary front facing camera that comes with a resolution of 1.3 mega pixels, SIM card slot, Full HDMI port, 3G, WiFi, built-in TV.
